Wicomico Nursing Home is owned and operated by Wicomico County, Maryland and licensed by the Maryland State Health Department to provide skilled and intermediate care.

The staff strives to provide a comfortable and clean environment, provide good food and to provide good nursing care in a "home like" atmosphere. Daily charges include room, meals, special diets and nursing care.

Wicomico Nursing Home is certified to participate in the Maryland Medical Assistance Program and the Medicare Program.

My daughter Brenda and myself, before Norma's admittance, visited every nursing home in a sixty mile radius of Ocean Pines and, although we found many facilities which were far more plush, we found none that had such a favorable ratio of hands-on staff per resident. After two years of observing your care for my dear wife, I feel constrained to commend all of your people for the way they not only ministered to her but also the way so many of them ministered to me.
